Rooms and Beds

The house sleeps 12 with many amenities to make your stay comfortable. It has four rooms, each with a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a private ocean side door opening onto the deck. There are two additional rooms, each with bunkbeds.

The downstairs bath features a double slipper claw foot tub with a wonderful view of the ocean. The two upstairs bathrooms are roomy, and each includes double shower heads. The property has upper and lower ocean side decks, an outdoor shower, and lush landscaping.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

  • Absolutely NO animals, violators will have rental privileges immediately terminated with no refund

  • Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cleaning Practices

  • All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
  • High-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
  • Cleaned with disinfectant
  • Check-in and checkout with no person-to-person contact
  • Follows industry health association: SafeHome (VRMA & VRHP)
